Onboarding Assistance | This includes the initial setup of your business on our back-end portal, as well as the setup of necessary hardware and comprehensive training. A dedicated member of our team will serve as your point of contact from the moment you sign the order form, guiding and assisting you through the seamless onboarding process. If you have any inquiries or require onboarding assistance, please raise a query by contacting our team. |
General System Guidance | If you require assistance with the NOQ back end portal, EPOS app, EPOS Lite app, Insights app, NOQ Merch app, or the customer webapp, please submit a ‘General System Guidance’ query. |
System Troubleshooting | A minor software issue that may impact certain features or functions but will not hinder your ability to complete transactions or utilise the system’s full range of capabilities. |
System / Service Outage | If the entire POS system is down, and you are unable to process any transactions, please raise a ‘System/Service Outage’ query. |
